Peter Rigby was the CEO of Informa PLC, one of the UK's most valuable media companies, until December 2013. He has worked in subscriptions and events businesses since 1983, creating Informa through the merger of IBC and Lloyd's of London Press and growing it organically and through the acquisitions of Taylor & Francis, IIR and Datamonitor among others. His non-executive roles include Paddy Power Betfair, Mark Allen Publishing and Comexposium.
Director
Julian was the CEO of Electric Word plc until its successful exit in October 2017. After working in product development at the Guardian Media Group and as Director of Marketing at Euromoney Institutional Investor, Julian founded Electric Word in 2000 which later became home to Optimus Education and SportBusiness Group. Electric Word was sold for £17m in 2017. Julian is also a leadership coach and specialist media advisor through Cofunction Ltd at www.cofunction.co.uk.

Rory was a founder-director of Wilmington Group plc, the international provider of professional information and training that was launched on the LSE in 1995 and achieved a turnover of £90m before stepping down as CEO in 2002. Since then his interests have included (as an investor and Chairman) Thomsons Online Benefits. With a particular interest in new technology, Rory is now an active entrepreneur and investor in a wide range of private companies.
